Triumph Motorcycles, the iconic British motorcycle manufacturer, today opened its dealership in Vijayawada through Martial Motorcycles, taking its dealership network in India to 13.

Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India said, “India is becoming a hub for premium luxury brands, the market for luxury motorcycles in the country is rapidly growing. We want to be at the forefront of this wave by addressing the needs of the aspiring Indian, by making our best-in-class motorcycles accessible to motorcycle enthusiasts across the length and breadth of the country.”

“Vijayawada is a key market for us. With our new dealership, we look forward to providing the finest and most profound experience to not just our patrons in the city but to nearby cities as well,” he said.

The design of the showroom is based upon the global signature Triumph Motorcycles layout with consultation lounge, a coffee shop, sales and after-sales desks all being close to the display area.

The dealership also offers ‘Build your own Bike’ facility, a novel concept in the premium and luxury motorcycle segment. The facility will have an array of Triumph merchandise that includes riding gear, accessories and memorabilia and will bring international standards of sales, service, spare parts and systems to the Indian market.

Triumph Motorcycles has been on a dream run in India since the inception of its first dealership in the country in January 2014. It offers 15 motorcycle models in five broad categories to the Indian market.

First established in 1902, Triumph Motorcycles celebrated 110 years of motorcycle manufacture in 2012. Building around 54,500 bikes annually, Triumph is the largest British motorcycle manufacturer and has over 750 dealers across the world.
