Neeraj Mittal, an IAS officer of 1992 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre, has joined as Executive Vice-Chairman of Tamil Nadu Industrial Guidance & Export Promotion Bureau, on May 10. He takes over from V Arun Roy, who was holding additional charge. N Muruganadam, Principal Secretary, Industries Department, will continue as Chairman of Guidance Bureau, which is the nodal agency for investment promotion and single window facilitation in the State, says a press release.
Prior to this Mittal had worked as Senior Advisor at office of ED World Bank, Washington, handling multilateral development at IBRD/IDA/IFC for the constituency and Ease of Doing Business for India, the release said.
