NTPC Ltd has commissioned the third unit of the 800 MW Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station. A company statement said that with this, the total capacity of Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station has gone up to 2,400 MW. The total capacity of NTPC stands at 45,300 MW and the capacity of the NTPC group is 52,191 MW. The company is building an additional capacity of over 20,000 MW across the country, the statement added. NTPC added that it has plans to become 130 GW power generation company by 2032.
