Kolkata-based Ashiana Housing and a group company of Arihant Foundations of Chennai have partnered to launch a residential project for senior citizens.
The 20-acre project Ashiana Shubham being promoted by Ashiana and Escapade Real Estate, a part of Arihant Foundations, will come up as part of an ongoing 45-acre township project Villa Viviana at Maraimalai Nagar off GST Road.
Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing, said initially over 280 apartments will be promoted. Each unit of one to three bedroom will be priced between ₹ 25 lakh and ₹ 50 lakh. Ashiana has more than two decades experience in offering value added services in residential projects for senior citizens to make their day to day living and routine comfortable.
This is Ashiana’s first such project in South India after completing three senior living projects in Delhi NCR, Jaipur and Pune where more than 1,400 residents have taken up residence. One more project is coming up in NCR.
Arihant brings in the local expertise and Ashiana its experience in housing and services for senior citizens, he said.
Bharat Jain, Director, Arihant Foundation said Villa Viviana is an established township with modern amenities which will add value to new developments.
