Borg Energy India Private Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of micro solar power plants, has launched Borg Astra Plus Home Series, a range of fully loaded micro solar power plants designed for domestic use.
Borg offers the ‘smart grid’ technology enabled power controller units (PCU) in the Home Series recently unveiled by brand ambassador Dipika Pallikal, squash champion and Arjuna awardee, said a press release.
With the potential to save electricity up to 60 per cent, the product converts your rooftop into a micro solar power plant.
Priced from Rs 50,000 onwards, the fully loaded Plus Home Series generates maximum power output which is a significant improvement over the earlier Borg Astra Home Series.
It comes in four variants — 500BX, 1000ZXI, 1500ZXI and 2500ZXI. With a conversion efficiency of 98 per cent and less than 3 milli seconds transfer time, it is the ideal alternative to facing massive power shortages.
Borg Energy has associated with Bajaj Finserv Lending to offer an EMI scheme called Solar Finance.
The company has a tie-up with Shriram City Union Finance Limited to provide the facility to customers in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Andhra Pradesh.
