“Chennai Super Kings is a great platform to connect with customers,” says Pratish Devadoss, Managing Director, VGN Developers.
The Chennai-based developer, a principal sponsor of the Indian Premier League franchise for three years, sees this as a significant opportunity to highlight the VGN brand.
The company which has been associated with real estate development for over three decades has charted out a significant brand building exercise and launch of high value projects in Chennai and its suburbs.
Devadoss was addressing the launch of VGN Coasta, a premium residential project on the East Coast Road, by the Chennai Super Kings’ captain M.S. Dhoni.
VGN is aggressively stepping up its presence in key markets in the city and Coasta is one such initiative. With over 80 apartments coming up on a 2-acre site, as part of a high rise tower, it is looking at catering to the high-end, second home buyer. ECR has emerged a major residential market for second homes and weekend getaways.
With apartments priced between Rs 2 crore and Rs 3 crore, VGN is offering the comforts of a star-category hotel including a restaurant to match, spa, mini-theatre, pool and indoor game facilities.
