RAW Pressery, a leading cold-pressed fresh juice company, has raised about ₹30 crore ($4.5 million) in a Series B round from Sequoia India, Saama Capital and DSG Partners. It had raised $1.8 million from Sequoia in February 2015. The money will be used to introduce new flavours, increase production capacity and build the brand. The venture will add eight juices and smoothies ranging from ₹50 to ₹150 and its distribution footprint will increase to 12 cities. It is now available in seven cities – Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Chennai – at over 300 points of sale.

India Infra buys Bangalore Elevated

NCC Infrastructure Holdings and Soma Enterprise Ltd have sold their stake in Bangalore Elevated Tollway Ltd to India Infrastructure Fund II, which is managed by IDFC Alternatives Ltd, for ₹750 crore. NCC Infra and Soma Enterprise hold 38 per cent stake each and with this both companies will fully exit the venture. Bangalore Elevated Tollway operates 34 km, including 10 km four-lane elevated highway project, on NH7 in Bengaluru. The project has been operational since April 2010 and has a 20-year concession period awarded by the National Highways Authority of India.

OfBusiness raises ₹35 cr from Matrix

OfBusiness, an online marketplace for business-to-business commerce, has raised about ₹35 crore ($5 million) in Series A funding led by Matrix Partners India. It will use the money to expand the team and build a technology platform for SMEs that are increasingly moving online to discover and transact with customers and suppliers.

Naspers invests $250 m in ibibo

Naspers, a global Internet and media firm, will invest $250 million in online travel company ibibo. The funds will be used to strengthen ibibo’s position in the Indian hotels category and on additional technology innovations.

NoBroker receives $10 million

NoBroker.com, a brokerage-free property search portal, has raised about ₹65 crore ($10 million) in Series B funding. Japanese investors Beenext Digital Garage, Beenos, Qualgro and Mamoru Taniya of Asuka Holdings led this round of fund raise. Existing investor SAIF Partners also participated .
