No one is too busy to exercise, if Prime Ministers and Presidents can find time, why can’t the others! You need mental energy for hitting tough targets and you just have a lot more energy when you're physically fit. I trek, participate in marathons and go for adventure sports like bungee jumping, white water rafting, scuba diving and skydiving.

For these activities, you need energy and food is energy. I enjoy my food, be it junk, spicy Marwari food, street or home cooked food.

The trick is to keep the mind and body aligned with your food intake and to burn what you eat, not only during your morning exercise but throughout the day. If I eat more than 2,500 calories a day, I would gain weight, and less than 2500 calories, I would lose weight. I’d like to choose the 2,500 calories I eat on an average out basis.

Investment bankers go through high-pressure situations. The idea is to keep the atmosphere light even at work.

I do more holidays than anyone. More than once a month I go out of Mumbai. There are many short and long holidays through the year with family, office colleagues and friends.
