I spend half my days in Bengaluru and the other half at the estate in Sakleshpur, so my exercise regime is decided by where I am. In Bengaluru, I visit the gym or go swimming, but at the estate I go for brisk walks around the plantation. This helps me check on the plantation and get my exercise!
My digital detox is at the estate (mainly because of lack of connectivity). But in the city, too, I refrain from using my phone or laptop before and after office hours. The extra family-and-friends time is a great de-stresser.
I am quite the foodie, but believe in eating clean. We grow most of our food organically on our farm and estate, right from fruit to rice to vegetables.
I hydrate well throughout the day and make sure I have a wellbalanced diet, avoiding junk food. Growing up in coffee estates, I am quite hooked on black coffees.
I am into adventure sports, so I go bungee jumping, sky diving, deep sea diving, white water rafting, skiing, trekking, parasailing. Also, quite a bit off-roading as the terrains are easily accessible to me at the estate.
