1 Raised in a disciplined family, I understand the value of time and have imbibed the habit of timeliness since childhood. I have a fixed daily routine, which helps me ensure that I do not miss my workout sessions along with having my meals on time.

2 As a daily regime, I avoid skipping regular exercise. I do a mix of Pranayama and Fartlek, a form of jogging, and I run at intervals that involve constantly changing speeds at different distances. You can customise it.

3 I am not a tea or a coffee lover, so instead of resorting to caffeine to keep myself alert, I choose to stay active all day. For instance, I choose to walk up to the employee’s cubicle as and when it is possible rather than calling everyone to my cabin.

4 I don’t have a sweet tooth but occasionally I like to have a piece of jaggery after dinner. This helps to nourish one’s lungs in the polluted air of New Delhi.

5 Casual eating is something I am never for because you end up eating unhealthily without realising it.‘
