1. My day starts at 6.30 am. I kick start my day with a glassful of nutritious aloe vera juice. This is then followed by a cup of green tea that is freshly prepared. I believe a good breakfast pumps you up and gives you the energy to stay active all day. I satisfy my taste buds with a wholesome breakfast of cereals rich with honey and milk.
2. A good diet is incomplete without a good workout. Keeping this in mind, I ensure that I never miss a day of workout in the morning for an hour. During a normal week, I break the monotony by mixing my workout with two days of weight training, two days of functional training and two days of cardio. On Sundays, I go to the beach for a long jog. After this hardcore workout session, I relax my body with a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes.
3. For lunch I consume a glass of lemon grass juice. Also, I consume antioxidant tablets with multi-vitamins on a daily basis. I never leave home without applying a good sun screen lotion.
4. A fit body is incomplete without a fit mind. Hence, I indulge in my passion for biking on weekends which helps me to rewind, rejuvenate and makes my reflexes sharp. Every week I make it a point to take a trip to short-haul destinations like Lonavala or Daman. It also gives me some time to introspect and start thinking afresh.
5. Finally, I make sure that my face is moisturized with an anti-wrinkle cream at least one hour before I hit the bed at 11.30 pm.
