My day begins at 6:45 with a glass of hot water. It cleanses my throat, digestive tract and slaps me awake!
After a 20- minute meditation, I have a rich ‘nutribullet’ smoothie - a full breakfast that includes 2-3 types of fruit, nuts, berries, a dash of honey, and milk. I spend an hour at the gym. I cycle during holidays.
Lunch involves meals calibrated to calories. Occasionally, a salad replaces a meal. I walk around office as much as possible.
Weekends are sacrosanct and monthly breaks within India are a must. During this time, I focus on travelling, reading, longer workouts, watching inspiring cinema and conversing with friends. Once every 4 months, I take longer vacations.
Photography is during vacations – I wake up early, pack my camera and go exploring on a bike in search of good pictures in the best light.
My day ends by unwinding with friends over a drink, or by myself, reading or watching TV. Dinner is regular Indian or Kashmiri home fare, not too heavy. Guilt-laden binging happens, but only on the weekends.
