United Bank of India (UBI) on Tuesday launched its RuPay International chip debit card. It launched by P Srinivas, MD and CEO of the bank. According to a release, it now has chip-based debit cards on both RuPay and VISA. The RuPay card will have a daily withdrawal limit of ₹50,000 from ATMs, POS and online purchases. The bank, according to the release, also plans to launch Platinum debit cards for HNI customers with additional offers on payments, including airport lounge access.
