Infibeam, leading e-commerce technology solution provider, on Friday announced that it has successfully implemented ticketing reservation platform for Pranaam GVK Guest Services at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA), Mumbai.

Pranaam GVK Guest Services is a meet-and-assist service, being provided by the Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (MIAL) at CSIA. MIAL has selected Infibeam’s travel and ticketing platform to host and manage automation for this service, primarily focused on enhancing passenger experience, and ensure seamless and stress-free travel through Mumbai airport.

Pranaam is first of its kind implementation in India and offers travel services through CSI airport to customers worldwide. It offers passengers an array of services including lounge access, dedicated porter for check-in baggage assistance and by Pranaam officers’ assistance for guests arriving, departing or transiting through CSIA. It is primarily designed to provide passengers with the highest standard of services and ensure a unique and memorable experience as they travel, said Rekha Nair, Head - Airport Services, MIAL.

GVK has developed both the CSIA, Mumbai, and Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, and is also developing two airports in Indonesia.
