Hindalco announces lock-out at Silvassa plant

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced a lock-out at its Silvassa plant because of “continuation of illegal strike by workmen’’ at the plant.

In a statement to the stock exchange late last night, the company said it did not expect any adverse impact on its financials due to the lock-out.
