Against the backdrop of the revised Companies Act, which mandates that there should be at least one woman on the board of directors of listed companies, the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Indian Women Network (IWN) is organising a woman leadership conclave here on June 24. Female corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, artists and bureaucrats in Kerala who have made a mark in their respective fields will address the forum.
