Global IT major IBM and Nasscom have teamed up to build a digital platform for start-ups to network with the ecosystem. To be hosted on IBM Cloud, the platform Techstartup.in helps start-ups, investors and venture capitalists and mentors to keep in touch with each other in Hyderabad.

“We have launched similar platforms for the start-up ecosystem in Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai and got good response. The platform will help bring start-ups together and help them know what is happening around in the ecosystem,” Seema Kumar, Country Manager (Ecosystem Development) of IBM India and South Asia, said.

“This digital platform will act as a centralised hub for all the stakeholders in the ecosystem, providing information and resources to help them turn ideas into businesses and deliver tools for tech start-ups,” she said.

Besides, it will have a search engine and a database that will profile all the tech companies and investors. It would give a list of job openings and city tech engagements.
