US headquartered, global developer of digital products, Softvision, inaugurated its first studio in Bengaluru today and aims to hire 500 software engineers in niche skill areas such as mobility, iOS, Java Scala and Android over the next 12 months.

The new hires will add to the pre-existing 2,400 product, design and engineering professionals who are currently employed by Softvision across the world.

The Bengaluru studio will be an addition to the Softvision network of 17 studios across 8 countries and 5 continents that help clients evolve talent, process and technology while creating custom digital experiences. The company already has a presence in India with 800 software developers and testers working out of Mysuru.
