Shares of Mirc Electronics will remain in focus next week, as the company's ₹32.72-crore rights issue ends on Monday. The company had offered five equity shares for every 13 shares to its shareholders at a price of ₹6 a share. Mirc Electronics, which sells electronic appliances under the 'Onida' brand, reported a standalone net profit of ₹2.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, mainly on lower expenses. For fiscal 2014, it reported a loss of about ₹60 crore.
