3i Infotech on Tuesday allotted 14.447 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each at a conversion price of ₹19.74 on a preferential basis to Standard Chartered Bank, one of the CDR lenders, as per the master restructuring agreement. This allotment is subject to the lock-in requirements as stated in the SEBI regulations, the company said. Shares of 3i Infotech closed at ₹7.85 on the NSE, down 3.68 per cent.

Technofab Engineering has announced letter of awards have been received for ₹54 crore for a waste water rehabilitation project in Kenya and ₹208 crore for a rural electrification project in Bihar. With these orders, the total order book has crossed ₹1,500 crore, the company said in a notification to the exchanges. Shares of Technofab Engg surged 3.55 per cent to ₹149.90 on the NSE.
