Bal Pharma has forayed into the OTC segment, with the launch of an eyecare product ‘Eye Spa’ in Bengaluru, it informed the exchanges in a post-market hours disclosure. The company plans to launch it in other South Indian cities as well. Bal Pharma claims that Eye Spa soothes and provides relief from strain due to dust, continuous exposure to computer screen, and modern lifestyle conditions. Analysts will be monitoring the new development.
