IRB Infrastructure Developers has informed the BSE that AE Tollway Private Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, has executed a concession agreement with NHAI for six-laning of the Agra-Etawah bypass section of NH-2 (from km 199.660 to km 323.525) in Uttar Pradesh. The estimated project cost is ₹2,650 crore and the concession period is 24 years. The construction period is 910 days. The company will get tolling rights on this section of NH-2 from the Appointed Date. The company has offered a premium of ₹81 crore to NHAI, which will increase by 5 per cent year-on-year. Shares of IRB Infrastructure edged up 3.1 per cent at ₹224 on the NSE.

Avanti Feeds has informed the exchanges that its board of directors will meet on September 12 to consider sub-division of equity shares of Avanti Feeds. The current face value of the company’s stock is ₹10. The board will also consider transfer of its shrimp processing business to Avanti Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Shares of Avanti Feeds closed at ₹2,699 on the BSE, up 8 per cent over the previous day’s close.

Deep Industries has received notification of award for charter hiring of one 1000-HP mobile drilling rig for the Ahmedabad asset of ONGC for a period of three years. The total value of the award is $12.99 million (about ₹85 crore). Deep Industries has also received notification of award for charter hiring of one work-over rig for the Ahmedabad asset for a period of one year. The total value of the award is ₹2.72 crore. Shares of Deep Industries climbed 3.8 per cent at ₹141.6 on the NSE.
