Sadbhav Infrastructure Project has been declared L1 or the lowest bidder for the two projects by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The first project for which the company was declared a lowest bidder is a four laning project of Rampur-Kathgodam section of NH-87 in Uttar Pradesh under NHDP-III on hybrid annuity mode. The other project is four laning of Rampur-Kathgodam section of NH-87 in Uttarakhand under NHDP-III on hybrid annuity mode. For both the projects, the construction period is 730 days and the operation period is 15 years from the commercial operation date. The letter of award will be provided by NHAI within 60 days from bid due date of March 15. Shares of Sadbhav Engineering closed at ₹89.85, up 2.8 per cent on the BSE.

Banking and finance committee of Shriram Transport Finance Company has approved and allotted 2,500 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures totalling ₹250 crore on private placement basis. The debentures have tenure of 366 days and carry coupon rate of 9.15 per cent a year. Shares of Shriram Transport Finance edged down 0.13 per cent at ₹905.15 on the BSE.

AVI Polymers has informed the BSE that its board of directors on Monday decided to sell 30,000 equity shares of Boscogen Overseas Ltd (formally Boscogen Biosciences (India) Ltd} at ₹148 a share. The shares were held by the company as an investment. The stock last traded at ₹6.89 on the BSE on March 21.
