Supreme Infrastructure India has emerged as the lowest bidder for orders worth ₹398 crore from City and Industrial Development Corp of Maharashtra, the company informed the exchanges on Monday. The company will undertake land development work for the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. Shares of Supreme Infrastructure were up 2.5 per cent at ₹117.90 on the NSE.
Subros has informed the exchanges that it has reinstated full supplies to its customer Maruti Suzuki India from its other plants at Noida, Pune and Chennai following a fire incident at its Manesar plants. Subros added that it is working on fast-track basis to rebuild the Manesar facilities in Haryana in order to commence production in a phased manner. On May 30, the company had informed the exchanges of the fire incident that took place on May 29. Shares of Subros edged down 1.4 per cent at ₹89.4 on the BSE.
Indian Card Clothing Company has informed the exchanges that it sold the second floor of the ICC Devi Gaurav Technology Park, Pimpri, Pune, measuring 47,867 sq ft on April 30 for ₹21 crore. As the transaction involved the sale of only one of the assets of the company, “it is of the opinion that this is not a material event which required immediate reporting to the exchanges” said Indian Card Clothing. However, as a matter of abundant caution and to follow the spirit of the regulation, it informed the exchanges, it further added. Shares of Indian Card Clothing closed at ₹244.40, up 7.9 per cent on the BSE.
