Steel Strips Wheels on Monday announced a strategic partnership with a European tractor manufacturer, in which SSWL will supply 100 per cent of this customer’s wheel requirement. This is SSWL’s first entry into the European tractor market. The estimated value of the contract is ₹22 crore spread over four years. The supplies will start in the current financial year, SSWL added. Shares of Steel Strips gained 1.4 per cent at ₹889.05 on the NSE.
The board of directors of Lloyds Metals and Energy is scheduled to be held on October 25 (Wednesday) to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 2017 and to acquire 74 per cent equity shares (74,000 shares of face value ₹10 each) of Aura Trade & Developers Private Ltd. The stock of Lloyds Metals and Energy inched up 0.3 per cent at ₹17.10 on the BSE.
Inditrade Capital on Monday informed the exchanges that a subsidiary of the company- Inditrade Microfinance, has allotted 12,89,750 equity shares on rights basis at a face value of ₹10 each to the company on October 14. The percentage of shareholding of Inditrade Capital in the subsidiary remains unchanged after the rights issue, the company said in the notice. Shares of Inditrade Capital slumped 5 per cent at ₹79.80 on the BSE.
