Cosmo Films , a manufacturer of bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), on Wednesday informed the exchanges that it has liquidated its Netherlands-based unit Cosmo Films (Netherlands). Cosmo Films (Netherlands) Cooperatief UA, a wholly-owned step-down entity of CF Global Holding Mauritius Ltd, stands liquidated from October 28, the company said in a notification to the exchanges. CF Global Holding Mauritius is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cosmo Films. The liquidation will not impact the shareholding of Cosmo Films, it added. Shares of Cosmo Films were down 1.9 per cent at ₹412.45 on the NSE.
