The buyback offer of Dhanuka Agritech opens on Wednesday and ends on March 15. The company plans to buy back 9.41 lakh shares worth ₹80 crore at ₹850 a share. This represents about 1.88 per cent of the total issued and paid-up equity capital of the company as on March 31, 2016. Dhanuka Agritech had fixed January 13 as the record date to identify eligible shareholders to participate in the buyback. Investors will watch out for the response to the buyback offer.
