Mahindra & Mahindra maintained its early momentum to finish the week up 3.04 per cent at ₹1,070.70 on the NSE. It had closed the previous session at ₹1,039.15.
The stock markets were shut on Thursday for elections in the financial capital.
Dr Reddy’s Labs also extended its morning gains to close at ₹2,629.25, up 2.47 per cent on Wednesday’s close at ₹2,565.90.
Tech Mahindra made rapid strides to quote at ₹1,804.75 as against its previous close of ₹1,765. This was a gain of 2.25 per cent.
HDFC was firm at ₹894.10. This represented a gain of 1.65 per cent on its previous close of ₹879.55.
NMDC also gained 1.41 per cent to trade at ₹151.40. The stock had closed the previous session at ₹149.30.
