Shares of TTK Prestige and Kaveri Seed Company will turn ex-date for the proposed buyback on Thursday. That means investors wishing to participate in the buyback will have to buy the companies’ shares by Wednesday. Kaveri Seed plans to buy back over 29.62 lakh shares at ₹675 a share and TTK Prestige one lakh shares at ₹7,000 on proportionate basis. The promoters of both companies have also expressed their interest to participate in the buyback.
