JMD Telefilms on Friday informed the BSE that its Board of Directors at a meeting held on December 18, decided to fix the record date for issue of bonus shares as January 2, 2015. Eligible shareholders would get bonus shares in the ratio of 1 equity share of ₹1 each for every equity share held in the company.
