Shares of Siemens India will remain in focus on the bourses following the company selling a land parcel in Bangalore. The company on Thursday informed the exchanges after market hours that as part of a continuous asset optimisation exercise, it has sold the land parcel in Bangalore to Prestige City Properties for approximately ₹345 crore. The company’s net profit for fiscal 2012-13 stood at just ₹193.95 crore. For the quarter ended March, Siemens reported a net profit of ₹88.27 crore.
