NRB Bearings has informed the exchanges that as some independent directors indicated their inability to attend the board meeting scheduled for January 12, the meeting has been deferred to a later date. The board meeting was to consider Employee Benefit Schemes. Shares of NRB Bearings slipped 1.5 per cent at ₹136.9 on the BSE.
