Paramount Communications has informed the exchanges that it has entered into a one-time settlement with Standard Chartered Bank for settlement of their entire outstanding dues. The agreement was taken on record and approved by its board on May 29. Shares of Paramount Communications closed at ₹4.05 on the NSE with a gain of 3.85 per cent.
