Puravankara Projects on Tuesday announced the launch of its 20-acre villa project ‘The Sound of Water’ at Bannerghatta in Bengaluru, priced between ₹1.92 crore and ₹4.15 crore. The project has 209 villas with sizes between 3,009 sq ft and 4,723 sq ft, and is close to the Bangalore-Mysore infrastructure corridor, the company said in a statement. In reaction to the announcement, shares of Puravankara Projects jumped 7.85 per cent at ₹105.20 on the NSE.
