Vardhman Special Steels plans to raise ₹67.85 crore by issuing shares on rights basis. In an exchange filing, the company said it plans to offer 1.237 crore shares to shareholders and 12 lakh shares to employees. The shares will be issued at ₹50 apiece, in the ratio of two for every three shares held, Vardhman Special Steels said. The company has fixed April 10 as record date to identify the eligible shareholders. On Wednesday, the shares of the company jumped 12.44 per cent at ₹134.20 on the NSE.
