The stock of Lypsa Gems & Jewellery will remain in focus on Monday, as the company fixed September 30 as ex-date for the bonus issue. The company is rewarding its shareholders with a 1:2 offer (one share for every two shares held in the company). However, investors/traders who buy shares of Lypsa Gems from Monday will not be eligible to receive the bonus shares. The board of directors of the company will meet on Tuesday for the allotment of bonus shares.

Neuland Laboratories rights issue

The rights issue of Neuland Laboratories will begin on Monday. The Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company plans to issue 12.25 lakh shares of face value ₹10 each for cash at a price of ₹204 an equity share. Existing equity shareholders of the company will be eligible to receive four equity shares for every 25 shares they held on the record date, i.e. August 14, 2014. The stock on Friday closed at ₹458.75. The proceeds would be used for working capital purposes.

Sasken Communication to give special dividend

Eventful days will continue for Sasken Communication Technologies, as the company’s board is meeting on Monday to consider a special dividend. Analysts would be keen to know about the quantum. Last week, the stock came under pressure after the company said that its whole-time director and CEO, Anjan Lahiri, had resigned from the company. However, the stock recovered after the announcement of special dividend, triggering trading interest.
