The board of directors of the company will consider a strategic evaluation of salient aspects of the plans to demerge Crompton Greaves Consumer Products Ltd. Shares of Bharti Shipyard, De Nora India, Innoventive Industries and Stovec Industries will be in limelight on Thursday, as these companies will declare their quarterly numbers ending December. However, Bharti Shipyard will declare its quarterly numbers for June quarter. For the quarter ended March 2014, the company reported a loss of ₹292.95 crore on revenues of ₹12.98 crore. For the fiscal ended March 2014, the company's loss stood at ₹842.73 crore.
Prestige Estates to pre-launch projects
Shares of Prestige Estates Projects will be in focus as the company is set to pre-launch two residential developments in Hyderabad on Thursday. Prestige High Fields and Prestige Ivy League, aggregating to 6.77 million sq ft of total developable area, will be up for sale. The company expects to realise at least ₹2,710 crore from these residental projects. Buyers' response to the projects will be watched not only by market participants, but also real estate majors.
