India and European Union will be holding talks today to push the stalled Free Trade Agreement talks. Negotiations on the India-EU FTA had started back in 2007 and the last formal meeting was held in 2013. Both the sides will identify the ‘hard issues’ and the ‘low-hanging fruits’.

The Government will launch the Bharat 22 ETF today to garner ₹8,000 crore. Bharat 22 is an Exchange Traded Fund that will track the performance of 22 stocks the government plans to pare its stake in. An upfront discount of 3 per cent will be offered to all categories of investors.

Footwear retailer Khadim India will debut in stock markets today. The price band for the IPO offer was fixed at ₹745-750 and it was oversubscribed 1.90 times during the offer period between November 2 and November 6.
