Fashion to FMCG conglomerate Future Group has announced partnership with analytics firm Manthan on Thursday to fuel its next level of growth through an analytics-driven customer-centric approach.

Manthan’s analytics track 10 million customer transactions in a month from over 13,000 product brands and 3,000 suppliers, giving Future Group real-time actionable information in over 370 stores across 166 cities nationwide.

Activities of 30 million loyalty programme customers are also tracked in Manthan’s data warehouse.

Future Group is currently rolling out analytics to all decision makers across its business divisions, which would enable store-level decision making.

“With this partnership, we are acquiring abilities to look at customer opportunities at a deep granular level. Manthan’s analytics give us the flexibility to act on these opportunities in real time, on any channel, on any product, at any store,” said Rakesh Biyani, Joint Managing Director, Future Retail Ltd, a Future Group entity.

Over the next year, Manthan will partner with Future Group to create the necessary ground for projects that drive analytics and information based innovation, including business advisory services, centre of excellence, innovation labs for co-creation of applications.
