Telangana IT and Panchayat Raj Minister K T Rama Rao has formally inaugurated the Centre for Healthcare Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Hyderabad). The interdisciplinary centre would develop products and services in the area of healthcare.
“The centre would go a long way in creating an ecosystem for innovations and entrepreneurship,” IIT (H) Director Desai said, addressing a gathering after the inauguration of the centre.
The centre is backed by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs Raj Mashruwala and Avi Nash Manudhane.
