The Bengaluru-based real estate company Sumadhura Group has launched an iconic ₹300 crore residential project in the IT hub of Gachibowli/Nanakramguda in Hyderabad.

Madhusudhan G Chairman, Sumadhura Group, in a statement said on completion, the tallest furnished residential towers will offer 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1,245 sq ft to 2,615 sq ft.

Sumadhura Acropolis will have one tower with two blocks of 31 floors and 564 flats. It will have 20 per cent built up area and 80 per cent open land with landscaping, apart from modern luxurious amenities and a club house.

Spread across 4.5 acres, the project offers a saleable area of over 1 million sq ft Of the ₹300 crore, ₹100 crore is from internal accruals and ₹100 crore will be raised from financial institutions.

Prices in the range of ₹55 lakh for 2BHK, the highest priced 3 BHK will be ₹1.25 crore. The project will be completed by July 2019.

“We are coming back to Hyderabad after a decade, as there is a positive customer sentiment, government’s proactive policies besides Hyderabad market creating a buzz,” he said.
