Nandan Nilekani’s family and relatives numbering 30 have hit the streets of Bangalore South constituency to campaign for him.
Nilekani’s campaigning got stronger today as family members, relatives and friends spread across the constituency to campaign for him extensively.
Yesterday, Nilekani, along with wife Rohini, daughter Jhanavi, son-in-law Shreyas and around 30 relatives campaigned door-to-door near Acharya School in Basavanagudi assembly constituency.
Today many ‘Together with Nandan’ volunteers also joined them. All of them, including volunteers and supporters, sporting T-shirts and caps, came together with Nandan from different parts of the world and the country to urge Bangalore South voters to choose Nilekani.
Several residents gave them a warm welcome at their homes. Nilekani’s entry into politics has both motivated and mobilised the entire family to support him.
