Comments:
Here is an opportunity for governments, both central and states, to create job opportunities for both rural and urban youth. Why not they plunge-in and claim job creation before the next election? Since policing is becoming all the more critical for citizens' life and safety day by day, why not the governments put aside cost-benefit on the side lines and provide the required man power to the policing forces? Hope the economies of all governments can some how accommodate as these are already existing vacancies. Even otherwise, people won'd mind paying some extra taxes for maintaining effective policing.
