Dream India Group has announced a ₹300-crore multi-use real estate project to be developed on a 300-acre site with a resort and amusement park facilities near the Hyderabad airport.

The Hyderabad-based diversified group has interests in real estate, infrastructure, exports and imports.

The project will have villas and farmlands amidst a resort on a 20-acre site, with amusement parks, water park, go-karting, and over 29 adventure sports.

“This resort will be a private paradise. With this venture, we are introducing weekend home concepts,” Syed Rafi Ishaq, Chairman and Managing Director of Dream India Group, said.

The group has roped in veteran Bollywood film star Anil Kapoor as their brand ambassador. Rafi said, “Our aim is to bring Resort Lifestyle to Middle Class Families.”

The project is being implemented in a tie-up between Dream India Group with Middle-East Partners Al Hiba Real Estate and Associate Partners Integriti Ventures.

One can own a farmland in the venture. A half-acre farmland comes for ₹65 lakh and quarter acre for ₹32.5 lakh.
