Jyothy Fabricare Services Ltd (JFSL), subsidiary of Jyothy Laboratories Ltd, has acquired Delhi-based laundry player Diamond Fabcare Pvt Ltd (DFPL) for an undisclosed amount.

DFPL has 62 outlets across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and Gaziabad. The Delhi-based laundry major has significant presence in both the institutional and retail segment with Wardrobe being its most popular brand.
The services of DFPL include dry cleaning, laundry, starching, ironing and other special Services for wedding wear, evening and party wear, carpets and rugs, home furnishings and providing retail merchandise.
In November 2009, JFSL launched Fabric Spa to provide “world class laundry at affordable prices at your doorstep” in Bangalore with an initial investment of Rs 35 crore.
