Realty player Logix Group on Saturday launched its new project – Logix City Centre — in Noida.
Spread across an area of six acres, Logix City Centre will have over 7 lakh square feet of retail and entertainment, and over 4 lakh sq ft of corporate towers, apart from hotels.
“The total cost of the project is Rs 1,000 crore, out of which Rs 600 crore has been spent on the mall. The mall will be ready by the coming festival season,” Shakti Nath, CMD of Logix Group, said.
The group has tied up with Shoppers Stop for its hypermarket chain Hypercity and PVR for a 15-screen multiplex. It has also signed up with Westin Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn to come up in the premises. The mall will also have a dedicated area called Destination Couture for fashion designers to showcase their products.
Nath added, “This will be attractive for fashion designers as we will offer them reasonable rentals compared to Delhi, and also most of their factories are located in Noida.”
About 75 per cent of the mall has already been leased out, he said.
