CDC, a UK-based development finance institution, and the Abraaj group have invested Rs 100 crore in Rainbow Hospital.
A women and children's healthcare hospital, Rainbow has 450 beds across four centres.
The hospital, which made a turnover of Rs 100 crore last year, is looking at adding 500 more beds in four years.
"We are planning to expand to Bangalore, Chennai and Pune using the proceeds, " Dr Ramesh Kancharla, Chairman and Managing Director of Rainbow, said.
