The Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India (COWE) is planning to set up a ‘Kitchen Incubator’ in partnership with ISBA (Indian STEP (Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Parks) and Business Incubators Association). It will be dedicated to early-stage catering, retail and wholesale food businesses.
COWE is planning to conduct a seminar on kitchen incubators on the sidelines of the proposed COWE-NSIC International Trade Fair in Hyderabad on July 30, said COWE president Girija Reddy.
ISBA is a knowledge partner for the initiative. A panel discussion with successful food business entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, chefs and marketing experts will be held during the seminar, a press release said. The trade fair is expected to get an attendance of over 15,000 national and international delegates including women entrepreneurs, business leaders, government representatives, financial institutions, students, and buyers and sellers.
