Sri Adhikari Brothers Group has demerged all its various business verticals.

The company said it has listed two more entities – TV Vision Ltd and SAB events Governance Now Media Ltd -- on both the exchanges.

With this listing, the group has a total of three listed entities -- Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd, TV Vision Ltd and SAB Events & Governance Now Media Ltd. The company said with the new listings it will become a ₹2,000-crore entity.

The company said it will continue to concentrate on TV content production, movie production & distribution business.

The group’s film production arm expects to sign 8-10 more projects in the coming financial year.

The company had sought regulatory approvals in 2014 for its de-merger.

In an earlier interview, SAB Group said it was earmarking ₹400-500 crore on strengthening its broadcast and film business.

The entity is also looking at digital content creation and digital business acquisition in a big way.

Additionally, the company said it is building two state-of-the-art studios -- one near Sahar International Airport and the other in North Mumbai.

Regional channels

At present, TV vision Ltd comprises a bouquet of five channel broadcasting bouquet, namely Mastiii, Dabangg, Maiboli, Dhamaal Gujarat & Dillagi.

It plans to add couple of more regional channels along with a mainstream Hindi GEC, in the near future.

SAB Events and Governance Now Media Ltd, which runs English fortnightly journal Governance Now and will further branch out in niche areas of governance.

Digital streaming

SABGroup said it is also concentrating on digital streaming of governance content to reach out to a larger set of audience.
