Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 01, 2019,inter alia, considered and unanimously approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
